Canterbury's Urban-Rural Voter Split 2004

Claire Browning is interested in the representation weighting between rural and urban constituencies of Environment Canterbury's councillors. In 2004, the 8 urban councillors represented 43,012 voters each. The 6 rural councillors represented 29,417 voters each.
